COURSE STRUCTURE
PHASE 1 | Somatic Foundations (Weeks 1-12)
+ Learn to attune to your body’s signals and regulate your nervous system.

PHASE 2 | Internal Family Systems (Weeks 13-24)
+ Identify and understand your inner parts (protector, exile, wounded parts).
